If you see inappropriate content, suspicious behaviour or someone breaking our safety rules, use the in-app report button on any profile or chat. For urgent concerns, email us too.
Account & data
Need to update your details, export your data or delete your account permanently? You can do this in Settings, or contact us for help.
Billing & subscription
Questions about your subscription, cancellation or billing date? Visit Settings > Plan, or send us an email with the account email address you used to sign up.
Reporting an issue in the app
How to report a profile, photo or message
- Open the dog profile you're concerned about, or the chat with that owner.
- Tap the report option (the flag or warning icon) in the top corner.
- Choose a reason, for example inappropriate photo, scam, or abusive messages.
- Add any extra detail that helps our team understand what happened.
- Submit. Our moderation team reviews every report, usually within 24-48 hours.
How to block someone
- Open their dog profile or your chat with them.
- Choose block (you can also unmatch from the match screen).
- The block is instant and mutual. You won't see each other in swiping, matches or messages again, and they aren't told you blocked them.
You don't need to report someone before blocking them, and blocking doesn't stop us reviewing an earlier report. If you're in immediate danger, contact the police on 999.
For serious concerns that need urgent attention, email hello@pimpmyhound.com with as much detail as possible, including usernames or profile links if you can share them safely.
